Adventure Pass Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service govern participation in the Adventure Pass program operated by Guild of Imagination LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in Adventure Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Program Description

Adventure Pass is a paid program that includes scheduled sessions and related communications. Access to the program is granted upon successful completion of checkout and payment processing. Participation in Adventure Pass is subject to availability, scheduling constraints, and program policies communicated at the time of enrollment.

Eligibility

Adventure Pass may only be purchased by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By completing checkout, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Payments and Billing

Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. By submitting payment information, you authorize Guild of Imagination LLC and its payment processor to charge the provided payment method. All payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information on our systems.

Refund eligibility, if applicable, is governed by the refund terms displayed at checkout.

SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and explicitly consent by selecting the SMS consent checkbox during checkout, you agree to receive text messages from Guild of Imagination LLC regarding Adventure Pass enrollment updates, session reminders, scheduling notices, program announcements, and promotional offers.

Message frequency varies depending on enrollment activity and program communications. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, you may reply HELP. Opting out of SMS communications does not automatically cancel your Adventure Pass enrollment unless you separately request cancellation.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchase.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

Participants agree to use Adventure Pass in a lawful and respectful manner. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guild of Imagination LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in Adventure Pass. Participation is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties except as expressly required by law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms as necessary. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
